This is a great question to ask everyone in your C-suite if you can. The key things to pay attention to are both what folks propose and where there’s consensus amongst the C-suite.

By the way, if you hear Web3 or the Metaverse, I believe that’s a tad too far out at the moment and may be a bit too vaporware. Let’s fine-tune the question to “in the next year or two” to get a feel for where there may be some lost opportunities within your organization.

I should mention that there’s no prescriptive solution, but the answers can lead to great next steps. And, not to give a hard sell here, but this is a great place to bring in Lights On Advantage to give you a hand.
